Your impactful journey includes:

• Overseeing the delivery of nursing care, treatment, and services during your assigned shift or unit.
• Ensuring all patient care tasks are completed as required.
• Assigning the appropriate nursing staff necessary for care and confirming their availability.
• Identifying training needs and resources for staff in collaboration with other organizational leaders.

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure as mandated by state regulations.
• BLS certification, with ACLS certification to be obtained within one year of starting the role.
• CRRN certification to be acquired within a year of meeting eligibility criteria.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or a related field is preferred.
• A minimum of five years of nursing experience, including two years in an inpatient hospital environment.
• Previous leadership experience, such as a charge nurse or in a lead role, where you were responsible for interim reporting, resolving issues, setting direction, and being accountable for patient and staff outcomes.
