Events Staff Server (On-Call / As Needed)

1. Provide exceptional hospitality and serve food and beverages in accordance with established service standards and event requirements.
2. Anticipate member and guest needs, proactively responding to requests in a timely, attentive, and professional manner.
3. Assist with event setup and breakdown, including tables, linens, place settings, service stations, and other event materials.
4. Maintain clean, organized, and polished dining, event, and service areas while replenishing food, beverages, glassware, utensils, and supplies as needed.
5. Collaborate with managers, culinary staff, bartenders, and fellow event team members to ensure seamless event execution.

Qualifications & Experience

1. Minimum of 1 year of serving experience in hospitality, restaurants, hotels, private clubs, catering, banquets, or special events; luxury or fine dining experience is preferred.
2. Exceptional hospitality, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to anticipate guest needs and maintain professionalism during busy service periods.
3. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced event environment with flexibility to work an on-call schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
