Nestled in the heart of downtown Fargo, the RDO Field Support Office is a collaborative environment where your skills will be cultivated while you work alongside teams with the shared goal of partnering with the field as they serve customers. What You Will Do: Accounting Operations and Financial Processes: Assist with daily and monthly accounting activities, including preparing and entering journal entries, supporting the machinery and equipment sales cycle, maintaining subledgers, and completing manufacturer statement reconciliations. Systems Knowledge and Professional Development: Gain working knowledge of company accounting systems and processes to develop a strong understanding of accounting operations and business workflows. Communication and Collaboration: Maintain effective communication with accounting and field personnel to support day-to-day operations, resolve issues, and ensure accurate and timely information sharing. Problem Solving and Team Support: Work independently and collaboratively with team members to identify, analyze, and implement logical solutions to accounting and business-related situations. What You Will Need: Education: Junior or senior pursuing a bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Experience: Prior accounting, finance, or business-related coursework and a strong interest in pursuing a career in accounting preferred. Skills: Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy; motivated self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Valid work authorization: Candidates must have valid work authorization and be able to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.
