Requisitos:
- Experiencia como expedidor de alimentos o un puesto de nivel de entrada similar en un restaurante
- Comprensin de las normas de higiene y seguridad alimentaria.
- Capacidad fsica y resistencia para llevar bandejas pesadas y permanecer de pie durante largas horas.
- Disponibilidad para trabajar varios turnos, incluidos los fines de semana
- Habilidades multitarea
- Buenas habilidades de comunicacin oral.
- Capacidad para mantener la calma y ser profesional en un entorno de trabajo acelerado.
Responsabilidades:
- Entregue los pedidos de comida desde la cocina a las mesas de los clientes de forma rpida y precisa
- Actuar como punto de contacto entre el personal de la parte delantera y trasera del restaurante
- Comunicar los pedidos de alimentos a los cocineros, prestando atencin a las prioridades y solicitudes especiales (por ejemplo, alergias alimentarias)
- Asegrate de que la comida se sirva de acuerdo con las normas de seguridad (por ejemplo, la temperatura adecuada)
- Responda las preguntas de los clientes sobre los ingredientes y los elementos del men.
- Informar al personal del restaurante sobre los comentarios o solicitudes de los clientes (por ejemplo, cuando solicitan la cuenta).
