We are an independent agency specializing in all lines of insurance: commercial, life and health, personal, and workers’ compensation.And we’re growing!We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Trucking Insurance Producer to join our growing Sales team. The successful candidate will work towards growing their own book of business by engaging with new prospects and building strong relationships within the community.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and pursue new business opportunities to grow the book of business by leveraging leads, referrals, and rounding out accounts as appropriate.Utilizing a consultative sales methodology, collect comprehensive information and skillfully formulate proposals for presentation.Evaluate and analyze client insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage solutions.Provide clients with comprehensive information about insurance plans/policies.Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, insurance carriers and other stakeholders to facilitate effective collaboration.Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries, resolving concerns, and proactively identifying opportunities to enhance client relationships.Facilitate renewal processes.Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in business or related field (preferred).2+ years of commercial lines , trucking insurance and sales experience.Valid Oregon Property & Causality license.Experience with Trucking and mid to large commercial accounts.Excellent customer service and people skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.Why WHA is a great place to workUnlimited earning potential with initial guaranteeSkill development and mentorship providedCompany paid holidaysFull benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401K with matchIncentivized wellness program with cash bonusesAbout WHA InsuranceWHA is a family-owned and operated independent insurance agency headquartered in Eugene, Oregon for more than 70 years.
