Business Analyst

Responsibilities Analyzes non-IT business problems and articulates requirements to support process improvement opportunities Creates framework for assessing financial payback Identifies alternative solutions and makes recommendation Prepares documentation of current and desired state Develops requirements and builds a common understanding between process owners and solution developers Requirements Bachelor's degree or 4 years of relevant education and/or experience 4 years of Digital/Technology Product Management experience, to include Digital/Technology experience in Strategy/Planning, Innovation, User Experience, Process Engineering, Analytics, Research/Testing 1 year of Customer Contact Channel experience within Insurance or Financial services industry will take place of 1 year of the minimum experience Demonstrated ability to effectively develop, present, influence, and communicate business decisions Knowledge of Agile Methodology. Ability to assess process performance, strong written and verbal communication skills, and experience in preparing ROI statements for proposed investments The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law.
