Boca Pointe Center for Rehab and Healing Address: 6343 Via De Sonrisa Del Sur, Boca Raton, FL 33433 Rosewood Center for Rehabilitation and Healing Address: 2501 N A St, Lake Worth Beach, FL 33460 Step Up Rehab is the in-house therapy provider at Boca Pointe Center for Rehab and Healing and Rosewood Center for Rehabilitation and Healing. Work within dedicated therapy gyms inside these skilled nursing facilities, helping residents regain function, mobility, and independence through skilled, compassionate care. Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) - Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) PRN POSITION **Increased rates when medical benefits are waived.** This position is exclusively for professionals licensed in the state of Florida as a SLP. All services are provided in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF). Why Step Up Rehab?
