Marketing Content Quality & Controls Analyst Charlotte, NCPosition OverviewOur client is seeking a detail-oriented Marketing Content Quality & Controls Analyst to support marketing deliverables, content reviews, and control execution. This role is responsible for reviewing complex marketing materials, identifying errors or inconsistencies, and helping ensure that customer-facing content is accurate, complete, and compliant with applicable policies and requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesReview and analyze marketing content, deliverables, and supporting materials for accuracy, completeness, consistency, and quality.Support the execution of marketing controls and related review processes.Identify, document, and communicate errors, gaps, and potential customer-impacting issues.Help prevent issues that could result in customer impact, remediation, or formal findings.Consult on moderately complex marketing initiatives and deliverables.Review marketing challenges involving multiple variables and recommend appropriate resolutions.Collaborate with Marketing stakeholders and client personnel to meet deliverables and deadlines.Manage multiple assignments simultaneously while maintaining accurate tracking and documentation.Pivot quickly in response to changing business needs and short turnaround requirements.Follow established policies, procedures, compliance requirements, and quality standards.Contribute to larger-scale marketing planning and execution activities.Required QualificationsFour or more years of experience in Marketing, E-business, Digital Marketing, Digital Platforms, Mobile, Social Media, Marketing Operations, or a related field.Demonstrated attention to detail, including experience reviewing content, identifying errors, or performing quality-control activities.Ability to work effectively under short turnaround times and changing priorities.Strong organizational and time-management skills.Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver high-quality work on schedule.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Ability to analyze moderately complex issues and collaborate with business stakeholders.Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.Preferred QualificationsExperience supporting marketing controls, compliance reviews, risk processes, or quality assurance.Experience reviewing customer-facing marketing or digital content.Experience with Figma.Experience working with digital marketing platforms, mobile applications, or social media channels.Experience in a regulated, financial services, or enterprise environment.Pay Range: $45 - $50The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
