MK Home Care Concierge is growing and we're expanding our team of Senior Caregivers.

Full-Time

Part-Time

Days/Evenings/Overnights

MK Home Care Concierge has been providing in-home care to seniors in the Greater Cincinnati area for nearly 10 years. As a Caregiver Companion, you will support seniors (65+) in their daily lives by providing compassionate assistance and fostering a safe, engaging environment. You will work with familiar clients close to home, collaborating within a small, professional team to ensure quality care and fulfilling relationships.

Responsibilities

Support clients with daily living activities, including dressing, grooming, and meal preparation
Provide light housekeeping to maintain a safe and comfortable living space
Engage clients through conversation and meaningful activities
Monitor client safety and encourage healthy habits
Observe client wellbeing and report any changes
Collaborate with a small care team dedicated to consistent client support

Preferred Qualifications

Entry-level experience in caregiving
Familiarity with Activities of Daily Living (ADL) assistance
Strong patient observation skills
Basic cooking abilities for nutritious meal preparation
Experience with light housekeeping and maintaining safety
Effective communication and empathy toward clients
Awareness of safety protocols in home care environments
