• Lead daily management of multiple client accounts, overseeing strategy, execution, and deliverables.
• Design and execute communication, media, and advocacy strategies that achieve measurable client goals.
• Act as the main liaison for clients, ensuring clear communication, timely updates, and proactive problem-solving.
• Cultivate and sustain relationships with journalists, outlets, and influential community figures.
• Plan and coordinate public affairs and advocacy efforts engaging both local and statewide stakeholders.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in public relations, political communications, campaigns, or strategic advocacy.
• Deep familiarity with Texas politics, business, and media.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills with strong command of AP Style.
• Demonstrated success juggling multiple accounts and meeting deadlines under pressure.
• Bachelor’s degree required; experience with media monitoring, analytics, and digital tools strongly preferred.
