IT Access & Automation Systems Administrator

PPG US ProPharma Group, LLC is seeking a system administrator to manage the Global Service Desk and various IT applications. The successful candidate will be responsible for user account management, configuring ITSM workflows, and providing support to stakeholders. Ideal applicants should have a strong understanding of ITIL frameworks and experience with ITSM platforms, particularly ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus.
