Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – FT Night Compensation : $35.1 – $39 per hour. Location : Clinic (state unspecified). Shift : 12‑hour night shift, full time. Key Responsibilities Under RN supervision, assess patients’ physical, psychological, and social dimensions in health‑care and housing units and contribute to individualized treatment planning. Implement treatment programs directed by health‑care practitioners, administer medications (including IV therapy if certified), and perform diagnostic tests per established protocols. Collaborate in controlled‑substance counts at the start of each shift, adhere to safety techniques and standard precautions, and respond to codes or emergencies within guidelines. Assist in medical or minor surgical procedures, implement nutritional and therapeutic diet plans, and document nursing encounters using SOAP charting to ensure effective communication with staff and physicians. Attend mandatory staff meetings and training sessions, demonstrating a commitment to continuous professional development and adherence to policies and procedures for high‑quality patient care. Qualifications & Requirements Education : Graduate from an accredited school of nursing. Experience : Prefer a minimum of one (1) year of clinic experience. Licenses/Certifications : Maintain current licensure as a Licensed Practical/Licensed Vocational Nurse in the state of employment. Obtain and maintain CPR certification.
