Procurement & Fleet Supervisor

A well-established transportation and logistics organization is seeking a Procurement & Fleet Supervisor to oversee procurement operations while supporting fleet management activities across a growing organization. What You'll Do

• Supervise daily procurement activities, including purchase orders, vendor management, approvals, and purchasing processes
• Track spending, analyze costs, and maintain procurement records
• Monitor vendor performance and identify opportunities for cost savings
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and documentation standards
• Report on purchasing metrics, trends, and operational efficiencies

Fleet Operations Support

• Coordinate vehicle maintenance and repair schedules
• Assist with telematics and fleet technology programs
• Manage fleet-related vendor relationships and service providers
• Support compliance activities, registrations, insurance renewals, and preventive maintenance programs

Team Leadership

• Supervise and develop procurement and administrative staff
• Assign priorities, manage workloads, and ensure daily operational coverage
• Train, coach, and mentor team members
• Foster a culture focused on accuracy, accountability, and continuous improvement

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of supervisory experience within a Procurement or Fleet department
• Experience managing purchasing, vendor relationships, and operational processes
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office skills
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work independently and make sound business decisions
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field preferred

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within transportation, logistics, warehousing, or 3PL environments
• Exposure to fleet management, maintenance coordination, or transportation operations
