What You'll Do

• Assess, evaluate, and provide direct resident care according to individualized care plans
• Administer medications and complete treatments based on resident needs
• Supervise and support nursing assistants
• Maintain compliance with state regulations and clinical standards
• Promote resident safety, dignity, and overall well-being

What You Bring

• Current RN or LPN license in good standing
• Ability to administer medications (IV certification as required)
• Working knowledge of state rules and regulations
• Strong communication skills and dependable attendance
• A positive, can-do attitude and passion for resident care
