We value people who take ownership, bring ideas to the table, and want to see their work make a real impact.The RoleWe're looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist who knows paid media inside and out and wants more than a "set it and forget it" role.You'll manage campaigns across Google, Meta, and other digital platforms, but the real job is figuring out what makes a campaign perform better. You'll own the numbers, dig into the data, and constantly look for ways to improve results.Every practice and every market is different. That means you'll have to think strategically, test your ideas, and know when to stay the course—and when to completely change direction.What Success Looks LikeYou're checking performance and spotting opportunities before someone has to point them out.You see a campaign trending in the wrong direction and investigate it. You find an audience worth testing, try a new approach, and know how to determine whether it actually worked.You're not afraid to experiment, and you don't confuse activity with impact. It's to run better campaigns.What You'll DoOwn day-to-day management and optimization of paid search and paid social campaigns.Monitor campaign performance and proactively identify opportunities and issues.Develop and execute testing strategies across audiences, creative, messaging, and budgets.Analyze performance data and turn insights into clear next steps.Optimize campaigns to improve lead quality, conversion rates, and acquisition costs.Manage multiple practices and priorities while keeping performance on track.Collaborate with internal teams to connect digital marketing efforts to broader business goals.Stay ahead of changes in digital advertising platforms, tools, and trends.What You BringHands-on experience managing paid search and/or paid social campaigns.Strong understanding of digital advertising metrics and performance analysis.A data-driven approach to decision-making.Curiosity and a genuine desire to figure out why something is working—or isn't.Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.Confidence taking ownership and making recommendations.A continuous-improvement mindset.
