RPM Corporate Office 6500 Meyer Way McKinney, TX 75070, USA Responsibilities Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications Write clean, readable, and maintainable code Collaborate with team members across engineering, product, and operations Participate in code reviews and technical discussions Learn new tools, frameworks, and technologies as needed Troubleshoot issues and contribute to continuous improvement of systems Assist with documentation and knowledge sharing Support projects through the full software development lifecycle Required Qualifications Professional or practical experience writing code (any language) Understanding of basic software development concepts and workflows Experience working with version control systems (e.g., Git) Ability to learn new technologies quickly Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Comfortable with AI-assisted development practices (e.g., vibe coding, prompt-driven coding) Hands‑on experience using modern AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Codex, Augment, or similar platforms Must reside in DFW/Texas - this is an onsite position.
