Salary Range: $61,000 - $88,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are partnering with organizations in Kentwood that are seeking Working Supervisors. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production activities to ensure efficiency and quality.
• Train and mentor manufacturing personnel on processes and safety.
• Monitor equipment performance and coordinate maintenance as needed.
• Enforce company policies and safety regulations on the shop floor.
• Resolve production issues and implement corrective actions promptly.
• Conduct regular quality checks on products to meet specifications.
• Manage workflow and assign tasks to team members to meet production targets.

Recommended Qualifications

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean manufacturing or Six Sigma certification.
• Experience with an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.
• Bilingual proficiency (especially Spanish).
• Technical certifications relevant to manufacturing equipment.
