Senior Sales Coordinator

A Taste of What You'll Do As a Senior Coordinator of Sales for CALCOLOR, you will play a pivotal role in enabling a high-performing sales organization through data-driven insights, strong relationship management, and operational excellence. You will take ownership of the Sales CRM system, ensuring it is optimized, continuously improved, and leveraged effectively to drive productivity and support strategic decision-making across the business. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with cross-functional partners, brokers, distributors, and internal stakeholders to support customer engagement and sales growth. You'll help translate complex data into meaningful insights, manage key processes like lead qualification and reporting, and contribute to the development of impactful presentations and messaging for both internal and external audiences. You'll also help shape the future of how sales teams operate by driving CRM adoption, supporting service-level playbook execution, and identifying opportunities for innovation and efficiency. Your ability to build strong relationships, manage multiple priorities, and influence outcomes will be key to your success as you help drive awareness, strengthen partnerships, and deliver measurable business impact. What You'll Need Bachelor's degree plus 2 years of sales or customer service experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility. High school diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate. Skilled in the use of CRM, MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint, or comparable office software, at an intermediate level. Required to travel to company offices, sites, and/or meeting locations for onboarding, training, meetings, and events for development, department needs, and business delivery up to 5% of the time, with or without reasonable accommodation. This position will be based in the location(s) specified in the job posting and requires working on-site with no telecommuting option. You will be expected to live within a commutable distance.
