Family Law Paralegal

Palmer Law Group is seeking an experienced Family Law Paralegal to join our team in Allen, TX or Southlake, TX in a full-time, hybrid remote/in-office capacity. PAY : $25-$35 per hour based on experience BENEFITS : Health, dental, and vision insurance PTO Flexible scheduling Growth opportunities HSA/FSA options Life insurance Short- and long-term disability Company parties Ability to work from home QUALIFICATIONS Detail-oriented and professional Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills Ability to maintain confidential records Strong listening and communication skills Ability to draft and explain legal documents Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Proficiency with Google Workspace, online software, and AI tools Ability to prioritize deadlines and complete tasks accurately Fast and accurate typing skills A current paralegal certification or higher, and at least 2 years of Family Law experience, are preferred. SCHEDULE : This is a full-time hybrid remote/in-office position working Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm, with occasional evening availability as needed. WHAT TO EXPECT AS A FAMILY LAW PARALEGAL In this hybrid role, you'll support the legal team by ensuring cases progress smoothly. Responsibilities will include updating case notes in MindMeister and Google Drive, coordinating court dates and client meetings, and preparing legal documents for electronic filing. You'll collaborate with attorneys, maintain client communication, and assist with hearings, mediations, and trials while tracking time in Clio.
