Position Overview

Clear Images Autoglass is seeking a motivated, dependable, and detail-oriented Auto Glass Technician to join our growing team. We specialize in OEM-quality windshield replacements, ADAS calibrations, window tinting, and servicing everything from daily drivers to luxury and exotic vehicles. Responsibilities

• Remove and install automotive windshields, door glass, back glass, quarter glass, and sunroofs.
• Perform static and dynamic ADAS camera calibrations.
• Complete rock chip repairs when applicable.
• Conduct pre- and post-install vehicle inspections.
• Ensure all installations meet OEM safety standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized company vehicle and work area.
• Accurately complete work orders and documentation.
• Provide professional customer service during mobile and in-shop appointments.
• Safely handle luxury, exotic, and high-end vehicles.
• Follow all company safety procedures and installation guidelines.
• Assist with window tinting and other shop services (experience preferred but not required).

Qualifications

• Previous auto glass installation experience preferred (training available for the right candidate).
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Reliable transportation.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Must be dependable, punctual, and self-motivated.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must pass a criminal background check.
• No felony convictions.
• Must be eligible to work in secure facilities, including airports and correctional institutions.
• Ability to work Monday through Friday.
• Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions during mobile installations.
