Crossroads YMCA in Crown Point, IN invites energetic leaders to join as Adventure Specialist I for a seasonal, part-time role at Triangle Hills Camp & Retreat Center. You will safely lead outdoor activities, teach Leave No Trace principles, and foster teamwork in nature. Training and certification are provided to the right candidate.
