Available Opportunities Accountant Accounting Clerk Receptionist / Administrative Clerk Responsibilities May Include Process accounts payable and accounts receivable Prepare journal entries and reconcile general ledger accounts Assist with payroll processing and financial reporting Perform bank reconciliations and account analysis Maintain accurate financial and accounting records Process invoices, vendor payments, and deposits Answer multi-line phones and greet visitors professionally Provide administrative support to multiple departments Prepare reports, correspondence, and spreadsheets Maintain confidential records and files Assist customers, vendors, and internal staff Perform general office and clerical duties as assigned Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field preferred for accounting positions Previous experience in accounting, bookkeeping, payroll, accounts payable/receivable, or office administration Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy Strong attention to detail and confidentiality Professional customer service skills Schedule Monday-Friday Day Shift Why Apply?
