Business Systems Analyst - Digital Platforms

Pay Range: $55.00 – $62.00 per hour (based on experience and internal equity) Schedule: Full-time, contract; long-term opportunity Work Type: 100% Onsite Benefits: Health, Vision, Dental, Life Insurance, 401k, Continuing and on-demand education Must be willing to work onsite in Torrance, CA (LA County) Sponsorship is available for this role Position Overview We are seeking a Business Systems Analyst to support enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives involving consumer-facing platforms, complex integrations, and cross-functional stakeholders. This role will focus on business analysis, system design, and stakeholder alignment , ensuring that digital solutions meet business needs and are successfully delivered through Agile and Waterfall methodologies. Key Responsibilities Business & Systems Analysis Analyze enterprise systems and digital platforms to support new initiatives and enhancements Translate high-level business requirements into detailed functional specifications Conduct business process analysis, workflow mapping, and system impact assessments Requirements & Delivery Gather, refine, and prioritize requirements into a structured backlog Support SDLC processes across Agile and Waterfall environments Assist in project planning and occasionally manage smaller project initiatives Stakeholder Engagement Facilitate workshops (JAD sessions, discovery sessions, empathy mapping) Coordinate meetings, communicate updates, and distribute documentation Act as liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams Testing & Production Support Create and execute test cases (whitebox and blackbox) Support production systems and troubleshoot issues as needed Validate system functionality for complex batch and online processes Documentation & Communication Develop presentations and documentation for technical and non-technical stakeholders Maintain project artifacts in Jira and Confluence Support business case development and feasibility analysis Required Qualifications 4–6 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst Experience supporting consumer-facing digital platforms or applications Strong experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies Experience facilitating workshops (JAD sessions, process mapping, etc.) Experience with Jira and Confluence Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions Preferred Qualifications Automotive industry experience (digital retailing, CRM, dealer systems) Experience with enterprise digital transformation projects Experience working with complex integrations and transactional systems #J-18808-Ljbffr Delta Computer Consulting
