Project Controller

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Project Controller in Juno Beach, FL.Responsibilities:

• Monitors project progress through data-driven analysis of budgets, schedules, and resource allocation
• Identifies potential inefficiencies and provides recommendations to keep projects on track
• Works with customer leadership to ensure project controls support both short-term milestones and long-term operational goals
• Provide professional Cost, Schedule, Earned Value expertise in the management and delivery of client program initiatives and associated project activities
• Coordinate and communicate with Client Management, Project Management, Production/Area Leads, Project Engineers, and third-party stakeholders
• Champion Safety practices, procedures, goals, and metrics
• Identifies and develops scalable, project appropriate control and reporting tools
• Identifies, assesses, manages, and communicates Risks and Opportunities
• Assists Client management and their designees in achieving goals and objectives
• Manages and maintains WMS database integrity via progress updates and changes

• Bachelor's degree in an appropriate engineering discipline or equivalent
• 6-10 years of experience in project control with increasing levels of responsibility
• Expertise in industry-standard scheduling software such as Primavera and SAP

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
