The Logistics Coordinator supports daily transportation, shipping, receiving, and inventory operations to ensure products and materials move efficiently through the supply chain. This role coordinates schedules, communicates with drivers and vendors, tracks shipments, prepares import and export documentation for international shipping and resolves delivery issues. Roles And Responsibilities Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments Schedule deliveries and pickups with carriers and vendors Track shipments and update status reports Communicate delays or issues to customers, drivers, and internal teams Maintain shipping, inventory, and transportation records Prepare bills of lading, shipping labels, and related documentation Resolve shipping discrepancies and delivery problems Ensure compliance with company safety procedures and transportation regulations Support warehouse and operations teams as needed Required Qualifications High school diploma or GED preferred 3‑5+ years of logistics, warehouse, shipping, receiving Basic computer skills (Microsoft Excel, email, inventory systems) Effective communication and critical thinking skills Ability to multitask in a demanding environment Experience with forklifts, ERP systems, or transportation software is a plus Preferred Qualifications Time management Attention to detail Data entry accuracy Team collaboration Knowledge of shipping carriers and freight coordination Equal Opportunity Statement Komline is an EEO employer – M/F/Vets/Disabled #J-18808-Ljbffr
