CT Technologist
Job Title: CT Technologist (Computed Tomography)
Duration: 13 weeks
Shift: 12H Nights Friday, Saturday & Sunday
Hours per Shift: 12 hours
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in radiology preferred. One year of experience in secondary specialty preferred.
License: Current registry by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) required. Washington State certification required for at least two specialties, one of which must be bone density, CT, quality management, special procedures, or mammography.
Certifications: BLS Certification required. Certified CT Technologist - ARRT (CT) required.
Must-Have: Experience in mammography imaging and diagnostic procedures preferred. Experience with electronic patient information systems and/or mammography tracking systems preferred.
Description: Satisfactory completion of formal Radiologic Technology training is required. This position requires the ability to perform high-quality imaging procedures. The role involves a commitment to patient safety and quality care. Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in imaging techniques and a thorough understanding of radiographic procedures. Knowledge of safety measures and the effects of radiation on patients and staff is essential. The role includes collaboration with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Maintaining current skills and certifications is imperative for this position.
