Responsibilities / Position overview Our market research team are seeking a Research Executive to join the qualitative research department, based in the US, preferably on an EST time zone. This position involves owning administrative tasks for project deliverables and effective project management; day-to-day support, coordination, and assistance to research teams, consistently demonstrating strong organizational, interpersonal and time management skills. The responsibilities include independently conducting research activities, building client relationships, and acting as a valued internal resource within Lumanity. To own and perform specific project tasks, e.g. contact reports, progress tracking, timesheets, PO to ensure effective delivery To provide effective administrative and logistical support to ensure timely delivery of tasks To act as the day-to-day point of contact for research team and for client To be proactive and pre-empt project milestones To understand client needs and contribute to the design of innovative research activities Participate in brainstorming sessions to ensure a professional and effective outcome for clients Show an understanding of project objectives to produce good drafts of screeners, questionnaires, discussion guides and sections of presentations Check moderation transcripts, conduct in-depth 1-1 interviews, and conduct qual analysis where appropriate To complete all administrative tasks in a timely and appropriate manner Be present at client meetings, where appropriate To contribute to proposals To coach and support junior colleagues To provide on the job coaching and feedback to RAs in order to help build their skills and support on costings Act as an effective project and client manager Qualifications Degree / Masters in any subject or field 1-3 years’ experience in research or professional services organisation, of which: At least 1-2 years’ experience in research-based project support role (within healthcare / life sciences sector) Able to apply relevant qualitative research methods Show evidence of strong ability to draft materials and sections of presentations Demonstrate good data analysis & interpretive skills Solid project management skills Basic coaching skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Computer proficient: Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel Benefits We offer our employees a comprehensive benefits package that focuses on what matters to you – health and well-being, personal finances, professional development, and a healthy work/life balance including: Competitive salary plus bonus scheme Medical, dental, and vision insurance options 401(k) plan with employer match Flexible paid time off program + 10 paid holidays Flexible spending accounts for health and dependent care Health savings account option with employer contribution Employee Assistance Program Paid short-term and long-term disability coverage Company-paid life insurance coverage at 1.5x annual salary Paid parental leave and more #J-18808-Ljbffr Lumanity
