Schedule: 8-hour shifts starting between 7:30 a.m. and 8:00 a.m., with a minimum of 40 hours per week. Outpatient therapy services are provided to an average of 10-12 patients daily, with a focus on collaborative patient care. The team comprises PTs, OT, and SLP professionals, working together to ensure efficient patient throughput and successful treatment outcomes. The candidate should have previous outpatient therapy experience, ideally with Epic electronic health record system familiarity. The department values a teammate who is collaborative, communicative, and able to adapt to a dynamic clinical environment. The role includes a departmental orientation, with shadowing and hands-on patient care coverage starting after initial training. Shifts involve weekend work, including two full Saturdays in a 13-week period, with optional volunteer opportunities during holidays. Scrub color/dress code is business casual, typically khakis and a polo. The position begins on 09/14/2026 and concludes on 12/14/2026.
