CANDIDATES MUST HAVE AN INSURANCE LICENSE IN THE STATE OF TEXAS AND HAVE EXPERIENCE IN THE INSURANCE INDUSTRY TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS POSITION.

We are seeking Team Members to interact with customers in a "Sunshine" way as the Insurance customer service representative position at our company! You’ll be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, mitigating service issues, and providing an exemplary customer experience. $32,000+ yearly DOE

• Keep customer satisfaction levels high by providing accurate information, resolving issues, and mitigating complaints
• Regularly meet with sales lead to receive the newest service and product knowledge
• Find patterns in customer complaints and bring them to the team for improvement
• Refer to customer scripts when working through difficult situations and refer to a supervisor, if necessary
• Maintain customer accounts and update with new account information as needed

• Must possess exemplary interpersonal skills, communication skills, and active listening skills
• Must have graduated high school, received a G.E.D. or equivalent
• Strong knowledge of customer interface and interaction

• Have an insurance license in the state of Texas
• Have experience in the insurance industry
