Learning activities are tailored to each student's training level, case availability, hospital protocols, and appropriate veterinary supervision.

Most externship experiences range from two to eight weeks depending on student and hospital schedules. Externships at State Street Animal Clinic are designed for clinical year students. We can often offer housing to out-of-town students.
