We are a growing company looking for a full‑time Physical Therapist to join our therapy team in the communities of Evansville, MN & Barrett, MN. Responsibilities Provide physical therapy services across multiple healthcare settings, including Long‑Term Care (LTC), Skilled Nursing (SNF), Outpatient, and Home Health care. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (PT, OT, SLP) to deliver high‑quality patient care. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
