Schedule: M-F 7a-5p, 24-hour Call Practice Setting: Outpatient, Inpatient Type of cases and required procedures: General Gastroenterology Physician procedures Credentialing timeframe: 30 days Electronic Medical Record (EMR): Epic Certifications required: Must have a and Gastroenterology fellowship, Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Licensure required: Must have an active Texas License
