Job Summary And Responsibilities As a PACU Nurse with us, you are expected to apply your nursing knowledge and skills in the recovery room and it doesn’t stop there. Our leadership is visible and the hospital is expanding its services. Call is required and is based on shift and patient volume. Responsibilities Apply cultural sensitivity to all patients, caregivers, and teams. Develop and implement a nursing care plan for PACU patients. Collaborate with other professionals to ensure rooms are prepped with necessary equipment and supplies. Demonstrate kindness and compassion. Sign-On Bonus And Benefits We are offering a sign on bonus up to $25,000 to hires who meet the eligibility requirements. Job Requirements 2 years acute hospital experience in Operating Room OR experienced ICU nurses who want to train in the PACU. BLS and ACLS required. Current Arkansas license as a Registered Nurse.
