Job Description - Manager I, Resource Center (226 Days) (RTP20260401-006) Job Description Description Facilitates intake process for the resource center and oversight of daily operation. Oversee the resource schedule and overall operation of the Resource Center including budget management. Communicate and collaboratively assist with administration of grants, initiatives, and programs. Provide center director and coordinator with ongoing resource management and related support. Develop and maintain reservation calendar for resource centers community space. Primary contact for partners and families and assisting with navigating the center. Supports center with special events and outreach opportunities. Document processes and maintain records. Organizes orientations for students and families including welcome packets and resource information. Maintain inventory and supply management. Meet regularly with administrative leadership to guide and direct the organization. Qualifications Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in a directly related field; Master's degree preferred. 3-5 years in direct experience required. Experience with managing and daily operations of a facility. Strong program management organizational skills. Customer service skills.
