Compensation : $21.00 - $23.00 / Per hour DOE

Responsibilities of Billing Specialist Job in OKC:
• Billing audits
• Accurately invoice customers using freight bills, bills of lading, and any other pertinent information
• Handle billing discrepancies
• Provide customer service
• Receive and post payments
• Manage cash flow
• Aging reports
• Reconcile AR reports to the general ledger
• Month end closing duties
Qualifications of Billing Specialist in OKC:
• 2+ years billing experience
• Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel)
