Summary Commission Sales Associate specializing in Womens Ready To Wear responsible for delivering personalized styling and building lasting customer relationships on the sales floor. The role focuses on achieving individual sales targets, maximizing commission earnings, and maintaining visual merchandising standards. Associates provide expert product knowledge and a high level of customer service to drive repeat business. Responsibilities Greet and consult with customers to assess needs and recommend apparel and accessories. Meet and exceed personal sales and commission goals through proactive selling and follow-up. Style customers and build long-term relationships to drive repeat business. Maintain floor merchandising, pricing, and presentation standards. Process transactions, handle returns, and follow loss prevention procedures. Requirements 2+ years of retail or commission-based sales experience, preferably in women's apparel. Strong communication, styling, and customer service skills. Proven ability to meet sales goals and work on a commission structure.
