Managing Airo Fleet technology project within the Cybersecurity Department

Adherence to PLM, scrum framework values, and agile practices

Facilitating meetings, aiding in decision-making processes, and removing team obstacles

Implementing industry-standard agile practices and managing a highly visible, complex project efficiently

Leading and directing technical leads, project team members, and consultants/contractors

Developing and maintaining essential project documents

Producing weekly program status reports

Conducting project status meetings and other necessary meetings

Managing the project master schedule using MS Enterprise Project Management (EPM) and MS Project Professional 2010

Reporting schedule and budget variances

Creating and maintaining SharePoint project sites within the EPM system

Reporting on risks and managing ongoing risk management plans, risk assessments, and mitigations

Ensuring completion of all activities required to successfully meet operational readiness reviews

Creating Statements of Work (SOW) for Requests for Proposal (RFP) and evaluating vendor responses

Collaborating with SAFe teams to deliver capabilities and maintain PLM artifacts

Delivering projects on schedule and within budget

Presenting projects at Quality Checkpoints and Department Level Project Reviews

Required qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a related field, 7-10 years of hands-on program and project management experience, 10 years of experience in technology management, analysis, and administration, PMP, CSM, SAFe 5.5/6 Certifications, strong analytical and communication skills, proficiency with MS Project Office Professional and MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio, familiarity with project management tools such as MS Project Server (EPM) and Ariba on Demand

Preferred qualifications: At least 5 years of experience managing Information Security-related projects, at least 5 years of experience with project management tools such as Microsoft Project Server (EPM), additional Certifications: Security+, SSCP, and/or CISSP.
