Required Education and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering.
• Strong problem-solving skills for complex electrical and process issues.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word), MS Project, and AutoCAD.
• Strong PLC programming and industrial drives experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment (paper industry preferred).
• Experience with Honeywell Experion DCS, QCS systems, HMI development, and LabVIEW.
• Electrical substation and power distribution experience.
• Motor diagnostics, instrumentation calibration, and troubleshooting experience.

Work Environment

• Ability to climb stairs, bend, kneel, crouch, and work in industrial environments.
• Ability to work safely around moving mechanical equipment.
• Use of required PPE including hearing protection, safety glasses, and steel-toe footwear.
• Availability for call-ins, extended hours, and limited travel as business needs require.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary Range: $75,000 – $105,000 annually
• This range represents the reasonable, good-faith estimate of compensation for this position at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors such as experience, education, skills, and internal equity.
