Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $18.00 per hour Shift: M-F 6am-8pm, 10-hour shifts (flexible based on talent needs).
MUST work 1 weekend day per week!

What’s a typical day as Machine Operator? You’ll be:

• Operating plastic injection molding machines according to job-specific instructions
• Monitoring machine-made products to ensure quality standards are met
• Handling parts through processes including gauging, trimming, and assembly
• Documenting production records, including start-up scrap, production scrap, and downtime
• Performing visual inspections for defects during operation
• Executing secondary work/assemblies such as gauging, trimming, and inserting
• Maintaining housekeeping in your area, including sweeping and vacuuming
• Packaging and labeling products according to work instructions
• Escalating issues to supervisors or technicians as needed
• Collaborating respectfully with supervisors, technicians, and quality staff

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Are 18 years of age or older
• Have a high school diploma or equivalent 
• Possess basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, and multiplication
• Can sit, stand, bend, twist, and reach for extended periods
• Can lift and carry up to 50 lbs, with or without reasonable accommodation
• Have full manual dexterity for secondary operations such as trimming and gauging
• Communicate clearly using verbal and written methods
• Comprehend written instructions
• Can work flexible hours, including one weekend day per week and overtime as required
• Are comfortable moving between workstations when needed
• Adhere to OSHA and company safety procedures
