Housing & Property Compliance Investigator
City of Santa Fe Springs
The City of Cleveland Heights is seeking a Housing Property Investigator to monitor and inspect vacant properties, ensuring compliance with housing codes. The incumbent will report directly to the Assistant Director of Housing & Inspectional Services and engage in customer service to assist homeowners. This role requires a minimum of five years of relevant experience in construction or inspection, and a strong understanding of property management and city ordinances.
