Exciting Opportunity for ICU Registered Nurse!

Job Description:

- Shift: 19:00-07:00
- Location: 941 Spring Creek Road, Chattanooga, TN 37412
- Unit Name: ICU
- Number of Beds: 9
- Patient Ratios: 2:1 and 3:1
- Unit Staffing: All RN staff available for support
- Type of Equipment:
- Ventilators
- Alaris IV pumps
- GE monitors
- Documentation System: Meditech
- Scheduling: Self-scheduling with manager oversight, including 3-4 weekend shifts
- Floating Policy: Required to float to Med-Surg or ED as needed
- Patient Experience Focus:
- AIDET
- BSSR (Bedside shift report)
- Press Ganey goals of 75%
- Certifications for Role:
- BLS
- ACLS
- NIHSS
- Dress Code: Navy Blue Scrubs
- Advanced Skills Needed:
- Ventilator management
- IV Drip titration
- Arterial Line management
- Procedures Performed on Unit:
- Intubation
- Central Line insertions
- Arterial Line insertions
