What You\'ll Do: Welcome and assist prospective residents, current residents, and visitors with professionalism and enthusiasm. Showcase our community by conducting apartment tours and explaining lease terms and amenities. Support marketing and leasing strategies while ensuring compliance with Section 42 Guidelines, The Fair Housing Act, and company policies. Handle essential office tasks, including answering calls, processing applications, filing paperwork, and data entry. Maintain strong relationships with residents by addressing concerns and providing excellent customer service. Multi-task in a fast-paced environment, ensuring seamless daily operations within the leasing office. What We\'re Looking For: 1+ year of leasing experience preferred - but we're happy to train the right candidate with a strong customer service background ! Tax credit experience is a PLUS! Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage with residents and applicants. Strong organizational skills and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting. Basic office and computer skills , including experience with Microsoft Office and office equipment . Flexible schedule , including availability for some weekends.
