A Keyholder is a store leadership role with the opportunity to make a positive impact in the community while developing expertise in footwear and foot health. Keyholders share their knowledge with customers and staff, provide exceptional service, and lead by example.

Since 1983 we've been anchored by an incredible Birkenstock selection, but we also carry many other brands of comfortable, stylish footwear focused on making our customers' feet happy! Footwise is part of ERHCo Inc - an Oregon-based, family-run business that operates retail shoe stores from Corvallis to Hood River. 

WHAT WE OFFER OUR EMPLOYEES
- Training rate of $18.00 per hour
- After training, employees convert to 10% commissions.  This is based on net sales, with no cap on earnings.

KEY DUTIES
- Opening and closing the store
- Merchandising
- Store cleanliness and basic maintenance
- Maintaining a high level of person sales, setting the pace on the sales floor.
- Inventory management
- Processing and reporting sales transactions
- Assist the manager with employee training and development as requested.
- Respond to internal and external requests courteously and efficiently.

HOURS:
- Open 7 days a week. Operating hours may be dictated by the location.
- Full-time position, 30 to 40 hours per week
- Part-time position below 30 hours per week with some scheduling flexibility
