Overview Speedy Glass is looking for people who are interested in starting a career in the residential glass industry as a Flat Glass Technician . As a corporate entity with 30+ stores in 6 states, we offer opportunities for all levels of experience, from new entrants to seasoned leaders, and provide paths to advancement through industry‑leading training programs. Location Portland-Broadway location. Responsibilities Carry out residential glass installation and repair, including insulated glass replacement, single pane glass, patio doors, mirrors, shower doors, vinyl and wood replacement windows, skylights, table-tops, railings and screens. Install and repair commercial glass including glass entry doors, storefront metal/glass, door closers, swings, sweeps, and thresholds. Ensure equipment, materials and areas of operation comply with all regulations and requirements. Provide exceptional customer service to every guest, every time. Perform all other duties as assigned. Qualifications State issued Driver’s license and clean driving record. Physical requirements: lifting and carrying up to 75 pounds, standing, bending, long periods of time on your feet.
