Inside Loan Officer Responsibilities Process loans with a goal of 6‑hour upfront underwriting, 7‑day loan processing, and 1‑day closing. Utilize marketing resources such as social media training, professional video production, and advertising partnerships to promote loan services. Build and maintain relationships with real‑estate agents to grow the book of business. Represent the company culture and values in interactions with clients and partners. Qualifications Minimum of 3–5 closed loans per month. MLO license required. Personal network of agent partners. Strong commitment to building a book of business. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or Economics. At least 1 year of previous loan officer experience.
