Cherish Hospice is seeking a Hospice Administrator. We are looking for someone who has leadership qualities, organizational skills and interpersonal skill.
Administrator Responsibilities:
The Administrator is responsible for the overall direction of the hospice services. They ensure the employment of qualified personnel and are responsible for the provision of hospice services, hospice personnel evaluations and for ensuring that standards of care comply with federal, state and professional guidelines. They also ensure that the provision of services is consistent with the agency’s mission, vision and philosophy.
Administrator Qualifications:
Must have Knowledge of Hospice Administration.
Must have 2 years Direct Hospice Experience.
Must have leadership experience in a healthcare or hospice setting.
Strong knowledge of federal and state hospice regulations and Medicare/Medicaid compliance.
Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and decision-making skills.
Experience with budgeting, strategic planning, and operational management.
Commitment to ethical leadership and a patient-centered philosophy.
