Job Full Description

Schedule: Monday-Friday: 8:00 AM-5:00 PM; Thursday: 9:30 AM-6:30 PM

Summary: Provides administrative support in a fast-paced office environment by assisting clients, employees,

subcontractors, and vendors. The position requires strong customer service, communication, organization, and the ability

to manage multiple priorities while learning company systems and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Previous office experience required

• Fluent in English and Spanish - speaking, reading, and writing

• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, email, and internet use

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Reliable, responsible, and punctual

• Organized with strong multitasking abilities

• Able to follow instructions and complete work accurately

• Comfortable working in a busy, team-oriented office

• Willing to learn company procedures and systems
