Substance Use Counselor & Case Manager (Entry-Level)

Luminis Health seeks a Counselor I to serve as primary counselor, case manager, and group facilitator for patients with substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders. Role requires AA/AS with behavioral health coursework and at least one year in behavioral health care. Must hold ADT approval and BLS within 30 days; valid driver’s license.
