Primary responsibilities for Reach Truck Operator:

· Operate reach forklifts and lift-clamp equipment safely and efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse

· Follow all safety protocols and established safe work practices

· Unload inbound shipments and verify correct item numbers, lot numbers, quantities, and condition of materials

· Pick customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring correct items, lot numbers, and quantities

· Inspect containers for damage or unsafe conditions and report findings to the Warehouse Supervisor

· Use computer systems to support inventory management, order processing, and other warehouse activities

· Maintain thorough knowledge of warehousing, shipping, and inventory control policies and procedures

· Assist with loading outbound shipments as needed

· Keep warehouse and work areas clean and organized

· Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:

· High School Diploma or GED

· Valid driver's license

· Forklift certification and at least 1 year of experience operating reach forklifts and lift-clamp equipment safely

· Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order picking, shipment verification, and inspecting shipments for damage or unsafe conditions

· Knowledge of warehousing, shipping, and inventory control policies, along with experience using warehouse computer systems

· Effective communication skills

· Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

Pay Details: $20.00 per hour
