• Perform cleaning and debris removal using various hand tools and power tools to prepare affected areas for restoration.

• Conduct fire and water damage restoration tasks, including drying, deodorizing, and cleaning affected surfaces.

• Execute mold remediation procedures safely and effectively, following industry standards and safety protocols.

• Assist with asbestos abatement projects when necessary, ensuring compliance with all safety regulations.

• Utilize carpet cleaning equipment and techniques to restore flooring to pre-damage condition.

• Support construction activities such as minor repairs, drywall removal, or installation as needed during the restoration process.

• Maintain detailed documentation of work performed, materials used, and progress updates for each project.

Experience

• Prior experience in the restoration industry is highly preferred but not mandatory; on-the-job training will be provided.

• Familiarity with cleaning techniques, fire and water damage restoration, mold remediation, and asbestos abatement is a plus.

• Experience using hand tools and power tools for construction or repair work is advantageous.

• Knowledge of carpet cleaning methods and equipment will be beneficial.

• Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow safety procedures diligently.
